To the maximum extent permitted by law, PATHWAY5 and Carina N Beger accept no liability for any loss, damage or disruption of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, or for loss of profit, revenue, contract, savings, data or business opportunity, arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or reliance on PATHWAY5 tools, data, briefings or alerts. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant tool or membership in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Australian Consumer Law
PATHWAY5 is operated from Australia. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a consumer guarantee applies and the failure is not a major failure, our liability is limited to resupplying the tool or content, or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
